The minimum age for unaccompanied children is 10, although children as young as 6 (minimum height 1.1m) are permitted when accompanied by an adult on a 1:2 ratio.
All members of your group must complete a waiver document online before arrival, a guardian must complete for all visitors under the age of 18.
On the day of your session please check into reception at least 30 minutes prior to your start time. This will give us time to go through the safety briefing and get your kit sorted.
If you miss your slot we will be unable to refund you. Once a session has started we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals.
We are unable to offer refunds on booked sessions, if you do need to change your session please contact us at least 48 hours ahead of your booking and we will try to accommodate
