Joseph Humphries
Joe is one of the first riders sponsored by the Xtreme brand. Years ago, Jay established a strong relationship with Joe and his family, showcasing his remarkable talent and supporting his skill development. Joe has been riding since a young age and has earned impressive titles, including 4-time Under 18 National Champion and 1-time Open Men's National Champion. His riding has taken him around the globe, most recently competing in the European Championships in Germany and the World Championships in Italy, where he performed exceptionally well.
In addition to his boat riding prowess, Joe is also a talented cable rider, seamlessly blending his boat style into the cable parks. We’re excited to announce that this summer, Joe will be working with us at XtremeWake, driving both boat and cable, and offering valuable tips to help riders progress significantly. We’re proud to have him on our team!
Izzy Goode
Izzy has been with Team Xtreme since its inception, and her impressive skills as an accomplished GB rider truly set her apart. Beyond her competitive achievements, Izzy is passionate about contributing behind the scenes—judging competitions and mentoring emerging riders to help them reach their goals. Recently, she expanded her repertoire by transitioning into boat riding, competing in the Boat Nationals in 2022. Izzy serves as a fantastic role model for young riders, and her positive attitude toward the sport makes her an invaluable member of our team. We’re proud to have her with us!
Leah Morgan
In 2020, Xtreme welcomed a third talented rider, Leah Morgan. What began as Leah using XtremeWake for a promotional shoot for the DUP Wake Grom program quickly transformed into her becoming a regular member of the team. Alongside her riding, Leah has contributed by assisting with daily tasks and supporting her fellow riders' progress. In 2021, she claimed the title of Under 18's National Champion and has since solidified her position as a key member of Team GB, securing multiple sponsorships from leading brands. We’re excited to support Leah on her journey and can't wait to see her continued growth in the sport!
Katie Batchelor
Katie Batchelor, known as KtB, joined Team Xtreme during the 2023 season, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her on board! An exceptional boat and cable rider, Katie currently holds the title of the UK's Open Women’s National Boat Champion. Her remarkable attitude and performance not only elevate the sport but also serve as a true inspiration to riders of all levels. We’re excited to see her continue to shine with XtremeWake!
Ollie Phillips
We’re thrilled to introduce the newest and youngest member of our squad, Ollie Phillips, affectionately known as "Lil Ripr." With his father, Ross Phillips, at the helm of the GB team and his uncle, Rich Phillips, serving as co-captain, Ollie has an incredible support system of coaches. We welcomed him to the team during the 2022 season, and it's been amazing to see his skills flourish in both boat and cable riding, with the two styles enhancing each other beautifully. Despite his young age, Ollie has already achieved remarkable success, becoming a 2-time national champion, a Nautique Open champion, and placing 11th at the World Championships in Italy in 2022. Keep an eye on this rising star—we're excited to help nurture his incredible talent!
Ross Phillips
We're excited to welcome Team GB boat captain Ross Phillips to our team for the mid-2024 season! Ross's passion for the sport is infectious, evident not only in his impressive riding but also in his commitment to coaching and inspiring riders of all skill levels. Having ridden down Xtreme for several years, his addition to the team marks a significant step forward. Ross competes nationally and internationally, frequently finding himself on the podium—most recently securing 3rd place at the 2024 European and African Boat Championships in France.
Amber Flegg
Joining us at the start of the 2024 season is Amber, a truly passionate addition to our team. You’ll find her at the park most weekends, whether she’s helping out in the shop or offering tips to fellow riders looking to improve. Her infectious positivity shines through in both her attitude and her impressive riding skills. Amber is often seen competing wherever she can, or simply enjoying every moment by the lake. We’re excited to have her as part of the XtremeWake family!
